• FundCorps is focused on addressing the 17 sustainable development goals in partnership with non-profit organisations. We invite individuals to select a cause of your choice and join the causes led by partnering non-profit organisations.
• To start an online fundraising campaign on FundCorps, one must be either authorised person from the non-profit organisation. However, anyone can join an ongoing campaign run and managed by a non-profit organisation partner. Here are the categories under which fundraising campaigns by non-profit organisations can be started:

  • Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all

• We do not host fundraisers that pertain to religious or political activity. Additionally, we do not support causes relating to personal loans, home loans, financial debts, or business causes.

Is FundCorps a trustworthy platform for NGOs to raise funds?

• FundCorps provides a platform for NGOs to raise funds for various social causes. FundCorps follows strict protocols while onboarding NGOs and ensures authenticity of the fundraising campaigns. This includes meeting with the NGO leadership in person, KYC checks, past records, and more. NGOs are provided with a comprehensive dashboard to track volunteers, donations, sending 80G and more. Funds are transfered to the NGO post completion of the campaign timeline and approval of invoice.

How do I know if the money I donated reaches the beneficiary?

• Your valuable contributions reaches the beneficiary NGO as soon as the campaign ends. The moment you make a contribution, the NGO is notified of the same on their dashboard, and an email is sent to you as confirmation with NGO details. We request the NGO to keep you posted on the fund utilisation.

How will I get the receipt for the contribution I made?

• You will receive an email on the same
• However, if you dont receive an email, please log-in to your FundCorps account through the app and you will be able to get the receipt of your contribution.

Can I get a refund of the contributions made to the NGO?

• Unfortunately, we do not refund the contribution you make to any NGO on our platform. However, you may connect directly with the NGO for the same.
• The details of the NGO can be found in the email you receive post your contribution.

Why is PAN and address required?

• PAN and address is mandatory for income tax purposes to claim tax benefits. It is mandatory for Non-profit organisations to keep a record of every contribution.

Does every campaign on the FundCorps platform have 80G tax benefits?

• While we inspire you to make a difference with your donation, we encourage 80G tax benefits to most of the campaigns on FundCorps. However, we recommend contributors to check on the campaign page itself before contributing to any campaign on FundCorps.

Will I receive NGO details and reports of the contributions made?

• Yes. For every little contribution, we encourage NGOs to present a report of the fund utilisation in a pre-agreed format or a format NGO has. The report will either be directly sent to you by the NGO

Will my entire contribution reach the respective NGO?

• FundCorps charges a platform fee of 7.5% fees for all fundraisers/donation campaigns on FundCorps fundraising platform for NGOs. Additionally, all online donations are subject to a 3% payment to cover the payment gateway fee to ensure all donations are processed securely. Apart from this payment processing fee and payment gateway fee, the remaining will reach the respective NGO you choose to support. The NGO will bear the same cost.

Can I change my PAN, name, address and other details on the 80G receipt?

• Yes. You can in case of any error. However, please note that only you can claim the tax benefits for the contributions you have made.
• Simply log-in to your account on the app and under your donation, you will see an option to change the details.

Can I donate in cash, cheque or kind to support charity projects?

• All the donations are required to be made online using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. We don’t accept cash donations, cheque, or in kind.

Can I make an anonymous donation?

• We anyway don’t publish your name on the FundCorps fundraising platform while you donate to NGOs online. For regulatory requirements, we will require you to kindly enter your details while you support social causes on our platform.

Money has been debited from my account but not reflecting on my app or I have not received notification for my donation. What to do?

• On rare occasions, donations might take a little longer to reflect on your app or on the campaign page. While you support charity projects on our platform, we closely monitor all the donations and ensure extreme transparency. However, in case if the donation is not reflecting, please write to us on info@fundcorps.com or you can connect with us on WhatsApp on https://wa.me/918657679936 and share your issues.

I am facing a problem while trying to donate. What can I do?

The timeline on my campaign page has ended and I would like to run my campaign for some more days. What can I do?

While funding the social initiative on FundCorps NGO fundraising platform, I did not receive OTP to make the payment. What is the issue?

• For authenticating the transaction, the OTP will be sent to you by the bank and hence this is beyond our scope. However, we are happy to assist you. You might want to restart your phone or check if you are in an active network zone or balance to make/receive calls/sms. It also might be a temporary glitch and hence you might want to try after sometime. In any case, you might want to connect with us on info@fundcorps.com.

I would like to volunteer for a cause but I only see the option to volunteer and help an NGO raise funds for social causes. Can I volunteer my skills for an NGO?

• You will need to connect with the NGO directly if you are looking for volunteering your skills. Unfortunately, we only promote fundraising volunteering opportunities.

• FundCorps is not an NGO/non-profit organisation. However, FundCorps partners with and helps NGOs/Non-profit organisations raise awareness and funds through a strategic online fundraising campaigns, advisory services, and corporate networking.
